This Shipping Policy describes how craftshop.inuvialuit.com (the “Site” or “we”) ships your item after you make a purchase from the Site

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.

If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at inuvialuitcrafts@inuvialuit.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order, excluding the shipping fee, and ask that you re-submit your order.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

IRC Craft Shop is located in and ships from Inuvik, Northwest Territories.

We ship to anywhere in Canada for a flat rate of $31.99.

Orders outside Inuvik are delivered by Canada Post and the expected delivery may take up to 14 business days*.

*Does not include processing time. We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays. Deliveries may take longer than 14 days due to such delays.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping outside of Canada.
